When does a credit come back?
If every try ends without a usable photo, the product credit can come back. Automatic returns are limited to 10 per account in 30 days; support can review further returns. Returns caused by a service outage do not count towards that limit.
After two store refunds, automatic credit returns stop; support can still review a request. A returned credit is not a cash refund.
What do the side and back views include?
Paid products can add a side view and, if you supplied a back photo, a back view after you keep the front. Each added view has one try and one redo. A view that fails both attempts is left out and does not return the product credit.
Can I redo a photo after keeping it?
No. Keeping the front photo ends its free redos. Look at the details before you keep it.
Are banners and catalogues unlimited?
No. The current design allows up to 20 prepared exports per account per day. A catalogue holds up to 40 products before it splits into parts. Artwork text is English in the first version. Final commercial terms still need review.
What if I delete my account?
Account deletion removes unused credits as well as your products. Store refund requests go through Apple or Google. Read the deletion steps.
