In the app
Start in Account.

Open Account
Sign in to the account you want to delete.

Choose Delete my account
Review the products and unused credits that will be removed.

Confirm the deletion
The app asks once more before sending the request. You can cancel before confirming.

Account and product data
When the app launches, we plan to remove account and product data within 30 days, and from backups within 35 days.
Records kept separately
Purchase records, security records and the marker that a phone used its free product have separate retention rules.

We will email you to check the account is yours before deleting it. Sending a request is not the same as deleting the account.
